We had a great experience with K& J and Cory. There were some extra complexities with the installation which he and the other techs handled with aplomb, including needing to have a carpenter come and remove a door frame. Problems occurred with what turned out to be a faulty blower motor, but after consulting with Tech Support, and with two parts changes, the problem was solved. The quality of the work was obvious throughout. And, Cory was very responsive when I asked a number of technical questions and also asked for some plugs outside to receive a little extra weather protection. We had two complete HVAC units installed and they are impressive! I give only four stars in terms of convenience because we had an unusual situation that required carpentry work prior to proceeding that made the job more complicated for all concerned. However, this work was done perfectly and K&J did not charge us extra for the unanticipated extra labor.
