We called K&J, late on a recent Friday night at 8 pm, and they were immediately there in the morning at 8 am! We were new customers, and not only were they prompt, but their prices are extremely reasonable. The gentleman, Corey Judge, who was dispatched was unbelievably unbeatable, incredibly helpful in explaining the issues we were experiencing in a/c, and presented the type of workmanship and customer service that is extremely hard to to come by by these days.
