If you’re looking for a quality HVAC company in Williamsburg, I found it with K&J Mechanical, 757-585-8926. Our heat gave out in March during a cold snap. K&J responded quickly and replaced our ancient unit, working tirelessly until we had heat. Thank you, K&J, for getting us back up and running.
We had a great experience with K& J and Cory. There were some extra complexities with the installation which he and the other techs handled with aplomb, including needing to have a carpenter come and remove a door frame. Problems occurred with what turned out to be a faulty blower motor, but after consulting with Tech Support, and with two parts changes, the problem was solved. The quality of the work was obvious throughout. And, Cory was very responsive when I asked a number of technical questions and also asked for some plugs outside to receive a little extra weather protection. We had two complete HVAC units installed and they are impressive! I give only four stars in terms of convenience because we had an unusual situation that required carpentry work prior to proceeding that made the job more complicated for all concerned. However, this work was done perfectly and K&J did not charge us extra for the unanticipated extra labor.
We called K&J, late on a recent Friday night at 8 pm, and they were immediately there in the morning at 8 am! We were new customers, and not only were they prompt, but their prices are extremely reasonable. The gentleman, Corey Judge, who was dispatched was unbelievably unbeatable, incredibly helpful in explaining the issues we were experiencing in a/c, and presented the type of workmanship and customer service that is extremely hard to to come by by these days. Thank you all for your much needed help, assistance, and diligence, as we HIGHLY recommend K & J Mechanical LLC (WILLIAMSBURG) to anyone in need of heating and air conditioning services!
